Reza Energy Products & Services (REPS), a division of Reza Investment Company, was established in early 2016 to provide unique value added products and services for the energy and industrial sectors throughout the GCC region. REPS exclusive offerings include jBot Services, Solomon Associates and ProOne Products.

Background

REPS is the exclusive provider of jBot services within the GCC. The field of protective coatings, products and application methods and equipment has improved significantly over the past thirty years. Surface preparation technology on any large metal surface, however, has largely been ignored and continues to employ traditional methods of scaffolding and grit blasting. A newer methodology—called jBot—combines remotely operated robotic units with Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) water jetting. 

REPS is the exclusive agent for Solomon Associates in KSA. Products and services

jBot Services can be performed on any large metal surface, such as liquid storage tanks, gas spheres or ship hulls. As the blast media is water, services can be done on the exterior shell while a tank is still in service. jBot Services provides a dust and salt free surface, which will enhance the coating adhesion and significantly extend the service life of coatings. In addition to providing a safer work environment, jBot Services is an environmentally friendly process as it is dustless and gritless. Waste is manageable through a closed loop recycling process that collects the waste into bags for safe, easy disposal.
